Üstlendiğim problem
Temel engineering challenge; iki store, backend servisleri ve birden fazla client arasında subscription ve entitlement state'i tutarlı tutarken güvenilir release'ler sağlamaktı.
Ne yaptım
- Flutter app'i iOS ve Android için geliştirip release ettim.
- Google Play Billing ve App Store Server Notifications üzerinden subscription & entitlement flow'larını kurdum.
- Google Play RTDN + Pub/Sub + Cloud Functions + webhooks ile entitlement state'i real-time senkronize ettim.
- Web client chat.sanoapp.ai'ı kendi CI/CD pipeline'ıyla empty repo'dan kurdum.
Teknik çıkarım
Subscription state için event-driven bir source of truth, açık reconciliation flow'ları ve refund ile grace period gibi edge case'leri izleyen monitoring gerekiyor.
